Refunds
If there is a problem with any product or service that you purchased
from us, you may file for a refund. If the return was a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will
refund including the shipping cost.
For physical product(s) that you bought from us, you should expect to
receive your refund within a week after we have received the item back
from you. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have
received and processed the returned product(s). For payments on
services rendered, a refund will be processed within a week after the
matter has been investigated. In either case, you have to email us
(info@moztranscription.com) the exact details of what was wrong with
the product or service that you received from us.
Refunds are credited back directly to the credit card that was used
for the payment. We do not issue checks or cash for refunds.
